My 15+ years in production and project management has afforded me a broad experience across film, television, advertising and post-production for music and sound design. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments leading complex, cross-functional technical pipelines for global media leaders.

I’m passionate about team work, standardising production workflows and bridging the gap between creative vision and technical execution. I have a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar deliverables (3D Feature Films, Ad Campaigns, TV Shows) while maintaining positive team morale and operational efficiency.

These diverse experiences have given me a broad skill set and the opportunity to work with a wide range of creatives, technicians and production folk. Beyond coordinating short and long-form screen entertainment, I have worked extensively in one of Australia’s top audio post and music production studios as a Senior Post Producer, Music Supervisor and Voice Casting Director with projects spanning TV and online advertising, radio, brand partnerships, TV and Film entertainment and podcasts.

In addition to my people and project management sensitivities, I’m an organisational guru, creative facilitator, impassioned problem-solver and spirited team leader. I'm also an empathic listener, clear communicator, deft negotiator and tireless researcher.
